Having played competitive rugby, fought Internationally for GBR Judo, travelled and completed adventures around the world - The toll of everyday life and the balance of fitness and health for both mind and body became a massive part of daily life.
To teach, coach, mentor the different foundations and principles I have learnt and adapted in my own journey is a passion and dedication I want to share.
DEFINE is a platform for me to offer services to those people who do not want to go to a general PT with a 1 avenue pursuit of weight loss. What DEFINE offers is much more than than and builds the foundations of change into your understanding so you can make the choices to adapt based on your goals.

Salum Al Busaidy – A Fitness Enthusiast & Strength Training Junkie
I’ve always been into sports, growing up playing rugby and staying active. I started hitting the gym regularly in 2016 and got into CrossFit in 2018, and I’ve been hooked on strength and conditioning ever since.
Over the years, I’ve helped train people at all levels—some just wanting to get stronger and healthier, others aiming to be more competitive and athletic. I love sharing what I’ve learned and seeing people push past their limits.
For me, fitness is all about getting better, moving well, and staying strong for life. I’m always exploring new ways to optimise training, recovery, and performance and am here to help others do the same.
