Open Gym gives you independent access to the facility and equipment so you can train on your own schedule and follow your own plan. It’s ideal if you’re confident training solo, want maximum flexibility, or prefer to work through your own strength and conditioning programming. You get a premium training environment and the freedom to train how you like — without the structure of coached sessions or ongoing accountability.

Classes - A range of options

Classes membership includes full access to scheduled coached classes as well as Open Gym access, giving you structure and flexibility in one place. Classes are delivered start-to-finish by a coach and are designed to build real fitness and performance with smart progressions, strong coaching standards, and a motivating training environment. Alongside classes, Open Gym access lets you add extra work, practise skills, or train independently as needed — making this the best option for members who want consistent coaching with the freedom to do more.

Burn & Build

Burn calories. Build muscle. Finish strong.

Burn & Build is a 5-week, high-energy class program that combines HIIT, circuits, and metcon-style sessions to deliver maximum results in 50–55 minutes. You’ll train with purposeful intensity, build muscle through focused burnouts, and develop a stronger aerobic base so you can work harder and recover faster. Expect variety, partner sessions each week, smart scaling for all levels, and a clear structure that keeps the vibe high and the training effective.
